Reset a User's Password

Learn how to help a user reset their password

Where do I go to reset a user's password?
1. From the client admin dashboard, click on the User User Menu icon at the top of the screen.
 
2.  Start by locating the user account that needs their password reset.
3. Once located, click the Management Asset 195 icon to the right.
4: Next, click the Menu Asset 95 icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen and choose Password Reset from the dropdown.

*Please note that the user's password will be reset to the default initial password: Welcome+123 and they will need to set up a new, secure password of their choosing. Passwords are case sensitive.  Additionally, the user will receive an email notifying them of the reset.
