Unlock a User Account

Learn how to unlock a user's profile from your client admin account

1. From the dashboard, click on the User  icon at the top of the screen.
 
2. Start by locating the user account that needs to be unlocked.
* A locked user account will be indicated by the Lockicon on the right.
3: Once located, click the Lockicon and confirm that you want to unlock the user account by clicking YES.

*Please note that this action will not reset a user's password or notify a user that his/her account has been unlocked.
