How does the advisor experience differ if a monitor is required?

At the point of registering in our system, we require the advisor to indicate which state they are requesting CE credit. Based on this response, our system automatically will require an affidavit to be completed and uploaded back to our website. If the state chosen requires the advisor to complete this additional step. If the state does not have a monitor requirement, the advisor will not be asked for any additional information. 


Helpful tip: If you are hosting an event in a state affected by monitor requirements, we suggest informing your clients beforehand they will be required to complete this requirement. Disclosing this up front will minimize the likelihood of an advisor being caught off guard by this requirement.
