How to Manage the Renewal Queue?
Courses, instructors, and providers each have their own renewal dates. The Renewal Queue shows which ones are approaching renewal. When any course, instructor, or provider is within 150 days of its renewal date, it is automatically added to the queue and stays there for 30 days. Once it reaches 120 days before renewal, it is removed from the queue. If a course is not renewed during this window, it will be automatically renewed on its renewal date.
Step 1: Click on the Queue icon
from the top menu.
Step 2: From here, place your cursor over the menu on the left side of the screen to reveal your menu options. The renewal options include:
-
Course Renewals
-
Instructor Renewals
-
Provider Renewals
* Each option will work the same way. For the sake of this user-guide demonstration, we will be working within the Course Renewal process.
