How to print participant completion certificates?

As an approved administrator/instructor, you can access attendee information, including course completion certificates. Certificates signify that a course has been completed through Quest CE and that the attendee was in compliance with credit requirements.

How to Print Attendee Certificates:

Step 1: Once you have logged into your account, click on the Seminars icon in the top menu bar.

Step 2: Next, use the dropdown below Search Seminars to choose a search option.

    • Event ID: This is the number ID that was designated to your seminar upon submission.

    • Event Date: Search for the seminar by the date in which it occurred.

    • Event Date Range: Search for the seminar by selecting a range of dates.

    • Participants: Search by a specific attendee name.

Step 3: When you’ve located the correct course, click on the Management icon on the right.

Step 4: Here, you will see all the information pertaining to this seminar. To see the list of attendees and print off their certificates, click on the View Attendees button towards the bottom of the screen.

Step 5: This list shows the seminar attendee’s information and available certificates. To download or print certificates, locate the certificate needed and click it. From here, you can either download or print the certificate using the appropriate options in the tool bar at the top of the screen.

Optional: If additional certificates were available, click on the Menu icon at the top of the screen and click on Initial Cert. Follow the instructions in Step 6 to download or print the additional certificates.
