Step 1: From the main dashboard, click the Instructor icon 
from the top menu.
Step 2: Within the Instructor Dashboard, click the Instructor Filing button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 3: From here, you can begin the filing process by clicking the New Instructor Filing button.
* If instructor filings have been submitted in the past, they will be listed at the bottom of the screen with information including the date the filing was submitted and the status of the filing.
* If a filing was started previously, but not completed, you can pick up where you left off by clicking the blue Continue button to the right of the specific filing.
Step 4: Complete the New Instructor Form and click Continue. * Fields marked by asterisks (*) are required and the form may not be submitted if required information is missing.
Step 5: The second part of the form requests professional information; please fill the form out in its entirety and click Submit when finished.
* Please note that you will be required to upload your resume and other supporting documents at this time.
* If you need to complete the form at another time, click Save Progress and exit.
Step 6: You will now see a list of available courses; individually select the courses that you’d like to assign to yourself or the instructor, or check off the All Courses option to select all. You also have the option to Skip this section.
When the filing has been submitted, it will be displayed in your Instructor Filing Dashboard under the status of NEW.
Option: Make updates to the information submitted by clicking the Update button to the right.
Once an instructor filing is submitted, it will be submitted for state approval. If information is missing, Quest CE’s compliance team may request additional information before filing takes place.
