How to add a State/Designation to an active course?
As a program administrator/instructor, you have the ability to file new courses and add states or designations to existing courses through Questtrak.com.
How to Add a State/Designation to an Active Course:
Step 1: Click on the Courses icon
from the top menu.
Step 2: Find the course you want to add a state/designation to, click the Menu icon
located to the right of the course title and select Detail from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click the Req. Addt’l States/Des. button located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 4: Select the states/designations you want that course approved in and then click Submit.
