How to track the Classroom (In-Person) materials package?

As an approved administrator/instructor, you can track materials packages that have been shipped by Quest CE. These packages contain all of the materials that will be needed for the seminar and will also include the appropriate materials needed for shipping attendance sheets back to Quest CE for credit processing.

How to Track a Materials Package:

Step 1: Once you have logged into your account, click on the Seminars icon in the top menu bar.

Step 2: Next, search for the event that you need to track materials for.

Step 3: When you locate the course, click on the Management icon on the right.

Step 4: If the materials have been shipped for the seminar, there will be a link and tracking number available under where it says, Track Package in the second row of information.

* A separate link will open and take you to the FedEx website to review the tracking information.
