How to add License Numbers to your user profile

For Quest CE to submit course credits promptly after training completion, your license number(s) must be added to your user profile.

There are a few ways to add or update your license number(s):

  • Option 1: Select License Numbers from the left side menu. Add/Edit License numbers in the fields provide.

  • Option 2: Select Profile from the top menu, then choose License Numbers. Add/Edit License numbers in the fields provide.

  • Option 3: From a completed course record, select Result and navigate to the Certificates view. Open a course certificate — if a required license number is missing, the certificate/PDF will not display. Instead, a pop-up will appear prompting you to enter it.

  • Option 4: Client Administrators may choose to import or add license numbers to users' profiles on their behalf for any managed firm program.

What if my license number is incorrect?

While it is ultimately the user's responsibility to provide accurate information for credit submission and reporting, if a license number on file is incorrect or another issue prevents credits from being reported to the appropriate state or designation board, our team will attempt to reach out via email to help resolve it. We'll make every reasonable effort to submit your credits within the applicable deadlines, which vary by training catalog.
