Arizona State Requirements

Applies to Arizona Resident Producers

Required Continuing Education Credits:

Producers are required to take 48 credits of insurance CE, including 6 credits of ethics, every 4-year license term.

Exam Proctor Requirement:

The state of Arizona requires an affidavit of personal responsibility be filled out for each course completion. The state of Arizona allows you to enter your own information into the form. There will be an electronic affidavit that populates when starting your test.

The state of Arizona (AZ) allows 15 days, including exam completion date, for reporting CE credits. Producers are required to provide accurate license number and completed affidavit’s for Quest CE to report within deadline.

Roster Fee: $1.50/Credit

License Renewal Deadline:

You must renew on the last day of your birth month every 4 years.

Course Credit Carryover: Not allowed
