Understanding audio availability across Quest CE training courses
Do All Courses Have Audio/Sound?
No. Audio availability depends on the type of training or course you're taking. Some courses include audio on every content slide, while others do not include audio at all. In addition, within an audio-enabled course, there may be a small number of individual slides that don't contain audio — this is uncommon but can occur on pages where audio simply doesn't apply to the content.
If You're Experiencing Audio Issues
Before assuming there's a technical problem, the best first step is to confirm whether the course you're taking is designed to include audio in the first place. In many cases, the course is functioning exactly as expected — it just doesn't contain audio content for that particular course or slide.
The next step is to check your audio settings, volume, and speaker connection to rule out a local device issue.
Ongoing Updates
Quest CE is continually working to update, rebuild, or retire older training courses to ensure audio is included across all courses going forward. At the same time, we're developing new course content on an ongoing basis, with audio included as a standard feature for newly created courses. As part of this effort, we also regularly assess usage of older courses versus investment in new content creation to prioritize where updates will have the greatest impact.
