Colorado State Requirements

Producers are required to take 24 credits of insurance CE, including 3 credits of ethics, every 2-year license term.

The state of Colorado (CO) requires 18 credits must be taken within the main license type held, and the remaining 3 credits may be miscellaneous.

The state of Colorado (CO) allows 7 days, including exam completion date, for reporting CE credits. Producers are required to provide accurate license number and completed affidavit’s for Quest CE to report within deadline.

Roster Fee: $0.67/credit

License Renewal Deadline

License renewal is the last day of your birth month every two years.

Course Credit Carryover
Allowed - up to 12 credits. Courses must be completed within 120 days of license expiration in order to carryover.
