Understanding Credit Submission Timelines and State Requirements
Credit submission processes vary by state and designation.
During course selection, Quest CE's platform will notify users when a particular state or designation requires self-reporting, so you always know what's expected before you begin.
How We Submit Credits
Quest CE processes and submits completion credits within two business days of your course completion date — and, where required, upon receipt of a completed monitor affidavit. Most states support an online or electronic submission process, though some states handle this differently.
Important Notes on Timing
Once credits are submitted on your behalf, processing timelines are managed by the state. Quest CE cannot be responsible for delays resulting from state processing times or factors outside of our control, such as submitted credential errors that may prevent credits from appearing on your transcript.
Please also note that all exam completions are recorded in Central Standard Time (CST).
If Your State or Designation Requires Self-Reporting
For states and designations that require you to self-report your credits directly, Quest CE will alert users during the course selection process so you can plan accordingly.
