Did Quest CE Receive My Affidavit?

You can verify whether your affidavit has been received by logging into your account and navigating to the Certificates tab in the right-hand navigation bar. If your affidavit has not yet been processed, the system will display a status of Missing Affidavit.

Please allow up to two business days from the date of submission for your affidavit to be processed.

Additionally, if an affidavit has not been received, our Support team will proactively reach out via email - we go the extra mile to ensure credits are processed on behalf of all our users.
