Georgia State Requirements

Producers are required to complete 24 credits of insurance CE, including 3 credits of ethics, every 2-year license term.

Producers who have been licensed for more than 20 years are only required to complete 20 credits of insurance CE, including 3 credits of ethics, every 2-year license term.

The state of Georgia (GA) allows 30 days, including exam completion date, for reporting CE credits. Producers are required to provide accurate license number and completed affidavit for Quest CE to report within deadline.

Exam Monitor Required: Disinterested 3rd Party

License Renewal Deadline: The last day of the licensee's birth month every 2 years.

Course Credit Carryover: Allowed - up to 12 hours. Excess ethics credits will go toward general credit hours.
