Have My Credits Been Processed?
How to verify your course credit submission status
If you've recently completed a course and are wondering whether your credits have been submitted (or processed), there's a quick way to check directly from your user profile.
What to expect: Quest CE processes and submits completed course credits to the applicable state or designation board within 2 business days of your completion date.
To check your credit submission status for any CE course:
- Log in to your user profile.
- Under the Training menu, locate the course in your training records list and confirm it shows a status of Complete.
- In the Exam column, click Results.
- Look for a Processed Date/Time Stamp - a date showing here confirms that Quest CE has reported the credit(s) to the respective state or designation board.
If no Processed Date/Time Stamp is displayed, your credits may still be within the 2-business-day processing window.
If more than 2 business days have passed since your completion date, please contact Quest CE Support at Support@questce.com and we'll gladly look into it. We'll either get your credits submitted or let you know if something else is holding them up.
