How is my course completion date determined?
Understanding how Quest CE records and displays your training completion
Once a user successfully passes their exam with a score of 70% or higher, Quest CE's system automatically records a completion date and time at the moment the user clicks "Submit." This timestamp serves as the official completion record for the course.
Users can log into their account at any time to view their training results, including their completion date and exam score. This information is also reflected on the course's online certificate, which becomes available immediately upon passing the exam.
Quest CE's Support Team submits applicable CE completions to the respective state or designation boards using the earned course completion date.
