How to Apply a Discount Code

Applying a discount code during checkout

After adding your training course(s) or package(s) from the course catalog to your shopping cart, proceed through the checkout prompts within your profile. Once you reach the order summary, your total cost will display along with a field to enter a discount code.

Enter your code in this field before continuing to payment. If valid, the discount value will be applied to your total prior to entering your credit card information for processing & purchase.

Steps to use a Discount Code when buying CE: 

  1. From Quest CE's CE catalog, add your desired course(s) or package(s) to your shopping cart.
    • Logged in already? If you're already logged into your user profile, you likely accessed the CE catalog through the Buy CE menu option.
    • Not Logged into a user profile yet? If you're browsing the CE catalog from our retail site and haven't logged into or created a profile yet, you'll be prompted to log in or create one before payment. Your purchased courses will then be added to that user profile.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Locate & populate the Discount Code field on the order summary page, shown alongside the total cost. 
  4. Select Apply Discount.
  5. Confirm your updated total, then enter your payment information to complete your purchase.
