Not seeing your credits reported? These are some common situations below.
Credit posting is not instantaneous. Please allow up to two business days from the date you complete the exam for credits to appear.
Depending on your state or professional designation, it is essential to monitor your transcript dates and previously completed courses. For example, New York State and IAR CE never permit duplicate course completions, and some states require a minimum of two years between completions of the same course. Agents are strongly encouraged to review their transcript before purchasing additional credits.
Many licenses allow or require credits to backfill. Be sure to review your previous renewal cycle as well to confirm which course(s) you still need.
