What if I already have an NAIC account but forgot my password?

  • If you already have an existing NAIC account, use the same account credentials to log in. If you don't remember your password, enter your email address as the username, and a pop-up window will appear with a "Forgot Password" option, allowing you to reset your password.

What if I have an NAIC account already but my email address has changed or is no longer valid?

  • Contact Quest CE Support at support@questce.com or give us a call at (877) 593-3366, and we can update your email address for you securely in your existing profile.
