NAIC Portal Login & User Registration
Do I need to register to access product training in the Quest CE NAIC portal?
Yes - users must complete a one-time self-registration to create a profile before accessing training in Quest CE's Global NAIC Training Portal.
New Users: How to register to create you NAIC user profile
Self-registration is required for new users creating a profile in Quest CE's NAIC portal for the first time. This is a one-time process — once your profile is created, you can simply log in to access training on future visits.
To register as a new user in the NAIC Portal:
-
Visit the registration page: https://learn.questce.com/naicsuitability
Note: Please review and follow any login directions if provided by your firm. Some firms with private NAIC program portals may instead direct their users to register and log in at a custom URL with pre-set course and account settings unique to that firm's setup if applicable. The URL, https://learn.questce.com/naicsuitability, is where general users access Quest CE's NAIC global training portal for Carrier Product Specific Training and State Annuity and/or Best Interest training.
- On the page, locate and click the Register button.
- Complete all required fields in the registration form to create your profile.
-
Complete the 3-step registration process.
What is the 3-step self-registration process?
Step 1: Choose Your State-Specific Annuity Training Select the state training necessary to sell annuities in your particular state.- If you need to fulfill your Annuity Suitability/Best Interest training requirement and wish to apply those credits toward your state license (Insurance CE), select "State Training + CE Credit." This is the most popular option.
- If you only need to satisfy the state annuity training requirement without applying the credits to your license renewal, choose "State Training Only."
- If you've already completed your state training requirement, click "Skip Step 1" to proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Choose Your Broker Dealer/BGA/Independent Firm and Carrier Appointments
- Select your Broker Dealer (or Firm) and Carrier affiliations. This information helps determine the appropriate product training courses available to you.
Step 3: Select Your Product-Specific Training
-
Choose your desired product training from a list of courses provided by the carrier. The courses listed are specific to the firm and carrier selections you made in Step 2.
Returning NAIC users: How to log in
If you've already completed registration and created your profile, you do not need to register again. Simply log in using the credentials you set up during your initial registration to access your training.
- Visit the same NIAC global portal URL you used to register: https://learn.questce.com/naicsuitability (or login at your firm's custom URL, if provided).
- Locate and click the Log In button (rather than Register).
- Enter your username/email and password to access your dashboard and assigned training or add new training to be completed.
Note: If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset them. Avoid creating a new profile, as this may result in duplicate accounts or loss of previously completed training records.
Note: Users associated with Edward Jones should not register or log in at the general NAIC portal URL. Instead, go to https://learn.questce.com/edwardjones/ to register for the first time or log in to your existing user profile.
