New Mexico State Requirements
Applies to New Mexico Resident Producers
Producers are required to take 24 credits of insurance CE, including 3 credits of ethics, every 2-year license term.
The state of New Mexico requires a minimum of 3 credits to be completed in a classroom or classroom equivalent course which Quest CE is not currently approved for.
The state of New Mexico (NM) allows 10 days, including exam completion date, for reporting CE credits. Producers are required to provide accurate license number for Quest CE to report within deadline.
No Monitor Required. The state of New Mexico allow open-book exams.
Roster Fee: $2.50/credit
License Renewal Deadline: License renewal is due every two years on the last day of the agent's birth month.
Course Credit Carryover: Not allowed
