North Dakota State Requirements
Applies to North Dakota resident producers.
Producers are required to take 24 credits of insurance CE, including 3 credits of ethics, every 2-year license term.
The state of North Dakota (ND) allows 15 days, including exam completion date, for reporting CE credits. Producers are required to provide accurate license number for Quest CE to report within deadline.
No Monitor Required. The state of North Dakota allows open-book exams.
Roster Fee: $1.50/credit
License Renewal Deadline: The license expiration date is the last day of the producer's birth month every 2 years.
Course Credit Carryover: Allowed - up to 12 hours. Only courses completed in the second half of a biennial reporting period can carryover. Ethics credits do not carryover.
