Oregon State Requirements
Applies to Oregon resident producers
Required Continuing Education Credits:
Producers are required to take 24 credits of insurance CE, including 3 credits of ethics, and 3 credits of Oregon Law, every 2-year license term.
Oregon DOI states that a producer may not earn more than 8 CE credits per 24 hours.
The state of Oregon requires all producers to complete 3 credits of Oregon Law. Quest CE's approved course for this requirement is titled: Administrative Rules and Statutes for Oregon (CE)
The state of Oregon (OR) allows 15 days, including exam completion date, for reporting CE credits. Producers are required to provide accurate license number for Quest CE to report within deadline.
No Monitor Required
Roster Fee: $1.50/credit
License Renewal Deadline: License renewal is due the last day of the licensee's month of birth on a biennial basis.
