If you receive a message of "Program has not yet started" when logging in, this means that the firm program you are trying to access is no longer active with Quest CE. You will need to reach out to your Compliance team and they can reach out to their Account Executive here at Quest CE.
For Client Admins: You will need to reach out to your Account Executive directly for program assistance.
