Refund Policy

Retail Course Purchases: We offer a 100% refund on retail course purchases, provided the exam has not yet been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Support@questce.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued once the exam has been started or completed.

Firm Program Clients: Regarding any training or service(s) purchased as part of a firm program, please refer to your program agreement for applicable refund terms. Refunds are generally not available for firm program services where access has been granted, and all terms outlined in your agreement or program commitment will apply.
