West Virginia State Requirements
Applies to West Virginia resident producers
Required Continuing Education Credits:
Producers are required to take 24 credits of insurance CE, including 3 credits of ethics, every 2-year license term.
The state of West Virginia (WV) allows 30 days, including exam completion date, for reporting CE credits. Producers are required to provide accurate license number and completed affidavit’s for Quest CE to report within deadline.
Exam Monitor Required: Disinterested 3rd Party
Roster Fee: $2.00/credit
License Renewal Deadline: License renewal is due on the last day of birth month biennially.
Course Credit Carryover: Allowed - up to 6 hours. Excess Ethics credits carryover as general credits.
