What Happens If I Do Not Pass An Exam?
Exam Retake options and what to expect
If you do not receive a passing score (typically 70% or higher), you are welcome to retake the exam. There is no limit to the number of times you may attempt the exam — you can continue retaking it until you achieve a passing score.
Until the exam is passed, your training will display a status of Incomplete. Once you retake and pass the exam, your status will update to Complete and your certificate will become available to access.
