Quest CE's ADV2B Questionnaire is a service available to firm programs that enables users to complete a structured, multi-section questionnaire - customizable per firm - to capture the information required for their ADV2B Brochure Supplement.
How It Works
Once a user completes or populates their assigned ADV2B questionnaire, it is submitted to Compliance for review & approval. Firms have the option to configure a review hierarchy, allowing the submission to move through designated reviewers before reaching final approval if desired.
Generating the Brochure Supplement
When a user's ADV2B Questionnaire reaches an Approved status, both the user and Compliance Administrators gain access to the Generate Brochure option. This produces a branded ADV2B Brochure Supplement (PDF) reflecting the individual's most current information as gathered through the questionnaire, in branded firm format.
Annual Recertification
On an annual basis, firms may request that all users recertify or review their approved ADV2B questionnaire for any changes or updates. If modifications are made by a user, the questionnaire re-enters the review queue. The ability to generate an updated brochure is temporarily unavailable until the questionnaire returns to an Approved status.
