When will Quest CE process my credits?

Quest CE reports all credits within 2 business days of exam completion provided the user has furnished all necessary documentation and license numbers needed. Credits are reported with the date the exam was completed. 

*Quest CE will make reasonable efforts to contact users directly to obtain information required for reporting purposes; however, Quest CE assumes no liability for undelivered or misdirected communications, missed state reporting deadlines, regulatory requirement changes, or incomplete and inaccurate information submitted by users.

*Users are solely responsible for ensuring all required documentation and licensing information is submitted accurately and promptly upon exam completion, failure to do so may delay or affect the reporting of credits to the applicable state or regulatory authority.
