Where can I find my certificate?

Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand menu and select Certificates. From there, you can open and download your certificate for any course that has reached a Complete status.

If you don't see your certificate, verify that your course status is listed as Complete.

Note that "Content Complete" is a separate status indicating that the course material has been finished but the course exam has not yet been completed successfully.
