Which States Have Adopted the IAR CE Requirement?
IAR CE State Adoptions - Updated March 18th, 2026
Adoption of NASAA's IAR CE model rule continues to grow, with new states joining each year.
IARs registered in any of the following jurisdictions are required to complete 12 credits of NASAA-approved continuing education before December 31st.
