Who should I contact at Quest CE for support?

Understand the various support channels available at Quest CE

Quest CE offers two primary support channels depending on your role and the nature of your request.


General Support

Quest CE's online support team is available during regular business hours to assist users with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Submitting CE training completion records to a state or designation board for transcript credit
  • Login troubleshooting and password reset assistance
  • General platform questions for users or website issues related to accessing Renaissance

Dedicated Account Management

Client Administrators who are enrolled in a firm program with Quest CE also have access to a dedicated Account Executive (AE). Depending on the Support Tier purchased within your program terms, a firm's AE is the best point of contact for:

  • Program renewal and contractual inquiries
  • Adding or modifying services within your firm's Quest CE program
  • Learning about new program offerings
  • Guidance on rolling out services to your enrolled user population

Client Admins can reach out directly to their assigned AE for these firm-level inquiries.
