- Your username is your email address.
- What is the initial password?
- The initial password is provided in your welcome email.
- Where do I log in?

- How soon do you report credits?
- Please allow 2 business days for credits to reflect on your transcript, we report credits with the date you completed the course. All courses are recorded in Central Standard time.

- Can I pause my course?
- Yes, the course saves progress as you go, you can leave and come back at any time. Please note the system will time you out after 15 minutes of idleness and you will have to sign back in.
- Can I pause my exam?
- No, exams must be completed in one sitting.
- Where do Client Admins login?

- What browser should I use?
- We are compatible with all browsers, we do however recommened Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Do you have a mobile app? Or can I take the CE on my phone or tablet?
- We do not have a mobile app, while you can take the courses from a phone or tablet, we do recommend the best practice is to use a laptop or desktop computer for ease of viewing the materials and their formatting.

- What is your refund policy?
- Refunds must be requested via support@questce.com within 30 days of purchase. We cannot refund a course where the exam has been started or passed.
- Where can I find my Certificate?
- In your account, go to the left-hand side and click “Certificate” you can then open and download the certificate.
- If you do not see the certificate make sure your course is listed as “Complete” (note, this is different than “content complete” in which case you have not taken the final exam)
